I've been working on and off on new faces. Some are modifications of faces from the NPC Replacer kit, some are my original artwork. As I get time, I'll post them here. Typically, I add the face to the Breton, Imperial and Nord races unless otherwise indicated in the readme. The face mod will also usually come with 1-2 hair pieces to go with the new look of the character.  Please see the detail section of the readme for each particular mod. If you have already downloaded one of my face mods before and I've used the same hairpiece(s), then simply ignore the overwrite warning since the file(s) already exist on your system. Note also, that I put my artwork in the subdirectory "Textures\ElricM\Faces". Please refer to the File Locations portion at the bottom of the readme.

Vampire README:

NOTE! -  If you plan on making (or allowing) your newly skinned Character to become a vampire, please be aware that the way Bethesda handles Vampires is a bit weird -- they're not well integrated into the game. Thus, each standard race is *hardcoded* to have at most one vampire mesh for the male and one for the female. The models used for this new face are a higher quality and texture than the standard models and the meshes are bigger. The standard face texture size is 256x128 while these are 256x256. *IF* when you are cured of vampirism, your character becomes faceless, this can be easily fixed by bringing up your console window and typing: enableracemenu That will automatically re-select the head/face you chose originally, now just hit the "Ok" button and you're done. You *may* only need to do this after you've been cured of vampirism. It also may not happen to you.
