How to acquire:
A solitary and rude Altmer stands somewhere between Balmora and Caldera. Find him and take his armor and blade... if you can.
Note:
First of all, I take absolutely no credit on releasing this armor. All credits belong to Wizard’s Islands team. This ripped version is released by the request of Vincent Dragon, one of the members of Wizard’s Islands team. And by his request too, I rebalanced the armor and the weapon; and renamed it to Dark Tempest Armor and Double Blade. The armor is now a medium armor and slightly more powerful than an orcish armor. The enchant point is higher than orcish as well. I took a liberty to do:
* Sharpen gauntlets and greaves textures.
* Change the format of pauldrons and cuirass textures to dds.
* Change the double blade from one-handed to two-handed. Well, it's heavy!
* Add an alpha channel to the blade’s icon.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion are epic, open-ended single-player
games where the player, gamer will create and play custom-made or predefined characters with specialized
