"To use the face from the saved game, copy the saved game file "Amani - Sewers, Level 1, Playing Time 02.26.06.ess" Paste this file where your Oblivion saved games are stored. That location should look something like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves.
Run Oblivion and Load the saved game called "Amani - Sewers, Level 1"
Your character will be in the starting game sewers, so just click on the exit gate to change your name, birthsign and class.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to get the smooth skin you see in the character picture,you need to download and install Maboroshi Daikon's "Natural Faces Plugin for Oblivion Version 0.8". Without this mod, the face textures are much lower resolution and blotchy.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion are epic, open-ended single-player
games where the player, gamer will create and play custom-made or predefined characters with specialized
