The first mod: Westly's Mog Head Pack
This plugin adds:
41 Male Mog Heads
37 Female Mog Heads
(all playable heads)
(including variations with dyed fur tattoo/markings/animal prints)
The second mod: Westly Presents-BB Mog:
From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box
next to the Westly Presents-BB Mog.esp file.
This plugin adds a Better Body option for the mogs.
While not a perfect mesh match, this is as good as it can be
as far as using the present BB mesh with the Mog hand and feet
mesh. There are no fuzzy parts on the BB Mog body, as this
would defeat the purpose of having a BB Mog to begin with
(as the fuzzies would clip with all BB clothing and armour meshes).
These two plugins are independent of each other (meaning that
they are able to run individually or together)
They are, of course, both dependent on the mod "Mog v4b"

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion are epic, open-ended single-player
games where the player, gamer will create and play custom-made or predefined characters with specialized
classes. You can also create your own character classes to enhance your role-playing experience. The
possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Be a noble hero or Paladin embarking on epic quests,
or an insidious thief rising to leadership of the guild. Be a malevolent sorcerer developing the ultimate
spell of destruction, or a reverent healer searching for the cure to a plague. Your actions define your
character, and your gameplay changes and evolves in response to your actions. Confront the assassins'

You may advance the main quest whenever you choose, neither Morrowind or Oblivion are linear games.
