about Japanese Clothing
Corthian released several Japanese kimonos as a modder's resource. So I added icons, tidied up the files, and created a mod with a vendor for the kimonos.
There are 5 different styles for men and 7 styles for women, plus 3 types of shoes for both genders. They can be bought off of the NPC Ha gro-Ma. He is located in the Jerall View Inn in Bruma.

Installation Process
Extract all files to c:\program files\bethesda softworks\oblivions\data. When
you are asked to overwrite files under meshes and textures, select 'yes to all'.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion are epic, open-ended single-player
games where the player, gamer will create and play custom-made or predefined characters with specialized
classes. You can also create your own character classes to enhance your role-playing experience. The
possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Be a noble hero or Paladin embarking on epic quests,
or an insidious thief rising to leadership of the guild. Be a malevolent sorcerer developing the ultimate
spell of destruction, or a reverent healer searching for the cure to a plague. Your actions define your
character, and your gameplay changes and evolves in response to your actions. Confront the assassins'

You may advance the main quest whenever you choose, neither Morrowind or Oblivion are linear games.
