Description: New addition to Balmora!
Really...
Another house mod...
Really...

Sorry, but I couldn't resist. I did one like this awhile back and lost it, so this is a redo of an old and tried and true mod premise... another... house... mod... in... Balmora (what's this make, like about 1200 now).

Actually, it's not a house mod. Just a one room apartment. Located right above old man Cossedes' place, so you won't have far to go to get your quests.

Big time cheat in here. The closet will hold everything in Vardenfal. Because it's small, and I could only GET one closet in there... well... I fudged a little. Cupboards are a little eccentric as well. Sorry...

I think the basket is purist though... but I could be wrong about that as well.

Other than that, it's just what you would think that it is: A decorated one room apartment with a LOT of storage and a bed to rest your weary bones on after a hard day of hacking and slashing and trying to figure out how to get this and other mods to work.

Asgard, Morrowind only  Popular
Author: Grumpy

Description: This is a very big interior. Nothing special. Just a place to call your own, but a very big place to call your own.

Running on a "highly tweaked" P3 1.3gig/GF3ti200 it does get a little choppy, so I make no guarantees of it's playability on your particular system.

Couple of things I wanted in here, but didn't get, so I faked it a little. Armor dummies have been revamped a little with a new script (thanks to Maboroshi Daikon for the tip). You could equip them as you see fit; that is if you could get to them ;).

Located next to the pawnbroker in Balmora, so make sure you aren't running any mods that place anything in that area (there are several). Other than that it shouldn't conflict with anything else.

It's free. No quests. No keys to find. Just walk right in, set up shop and enjoy.

Asgard, Tribunal required  Popular
Author: Grumpy

Description: Large interior that's had several changes since earlier versions.

New location: Due to several requests, it's been moved to the north side of Balmora. Steps just to the right of the temple as you're facing it. I am absolutely, positvely sure that this will probably conflict with some other mod (if not now, then sooner or later :) ), but it's the best I could come up with and still keep it in the Balmora area. A bit more in-line with the interior now, also.

Two new areas: Now has a study with all books from the game that weren't too pricy, or skill books. Should be plenty of room for you to put your own aquisitions.

Revamped armory: Decided to make it functional this time instead of decorative. All diplayed stuff is gone. In it's place you'll find six useable armor mannequins, shelves, closets, chests, and tables to display your loot. Plenty of storage. I did get one request for mannequins that could display weapons. Sorry, these don't. Just armor. Tried to keep the file size down as much as possible, so I made my own. They are useable, however. Just click on them to open their inventory. Just make sure you don't click on "dispose of corpse", or you'll loose them.

Larger pool area that's been revamped and opened up.

Used the larger "Vivec canton" doors on some of the entrances.

Now has REAL ceiling fans (thanks to Tribunal).

And one little special: Your own personal body guard (or any kind of guard for that matter). You'll find her outside the main entrance. Name is Atheri, and she's pretty sturdy. Just click on her to open her dialog. Tell her to stay, follow, or teleport the both of you from anywhere on the map back to the armory. Make sure she's always got her weapon put away (via dialog command) when not in combat, or she might get lost. You can also equip her as you see fit via the share option. If you think she's too much, and is spoiling the game for you, just leave her to guard the front door.

Blades' Quest: Prophecy of the Lost Heir  Popular
Author: Emma

Description: Tribunal is required

Author: Emma

Movement script: TheOtherFelix, based on the original movement script by Grumpy.

During a fearful storm 15 years ago, a ship was wrecked off the coast of Khuul. Among the victims were Iliam Dren - the rejected firstborn child of the previous Duke Dren - and his wife and children. However, one of the bodies was never found: the mortal remains of Iliam's oldest son Artruhn are still missing.

Now, the ageing emperor Uriel Septim is worried about the violent Morrowind atmosphere and is concerned for the future for the Vvardenfell people. One night, he has a very strange dream. In his dream, Mara, the Goddess of Love, whispers to him, telling him that Artruhn might still be alive, and that he might have the powers to govern Vvardenfell and bring peace to the area. She also tells him that help from the Nerevarine is necessary if the search for Artruhn is to be successful.

The emperor has therefore now sent Caius Cosades' superior, the Blades' Very Special Agent Janicia Laboremus, to Balmora, with strict orders to persuade the Nerevarine to join her in her search for Artruhn. It's a battle against time - the rumours about the emperor's dream is all over the empire, and the corrupt relatives of the present Duke Dren have no wish for a new, righteous, government of the island...

You'll find Janicia Laboremus in Caius Cosades' Balmora house. As a skilled agent, she will of course never get stuck or disappear when = travelling across Vvardenfell. All available companions in this mod use an enhanced version of the warping script that makes companions an asset instead of a burden.

YOU HAVE TO BE NEREVARINE TO PLAY THIS MOD.

Only as Nerevarine, you will be able to accompany Janicia and be introduced to the agents at the Blades' secret hideout. As Nerevarine, this mod should give you approx. 8-12 hours playtime, six new optional companions, all with their own distinctive personalities and stories, a number of sidequests and some new allies.

SAFE FOR PURISTS

I know many players dislike mods that determine the future of Morrowind and/or messes with the TES lore. Therefore, this mod has been created with TWO OPTIONAL ENDINGS, and in the end it's up to you to decide the outcome of the story. I have also carefully avoided using original Morrowind npc's in this mission; some of them might have information to give you, but the main characters are all imported into Morrowind by me.

Cally Female Companion  Popular
Author: Grumpy

Description: Cally is a new companion for your entertainment. Uses new scripting to improve general following performance. This girl will be tough to lose, and VERY fast. Intended for those who don't want anything fancy... Just somebody who will be there when you turn around. Dialog poor to say the least...

Features:
-New warping scheme to keep her closer to the player.
-Auto-levels alongside of the player (attributes, weapons, armor).
-New automated move function (selectable).
-Combat selections (weapon type usage).
-New auto-sheathe scripting to keep her from leaving his weapon out after combat, thus "breaking" warping.

-Caveat: There are certain functions that I've used to make her follow better, that will cause her to look pretty nasty if used with other companions (explained better in the readme). My recommendation is that you don't use this if you like to have more than one companion in tow during the game.

Children of Morrowind - Morrowind Family ver 2.0  Popular
Author: Emma

Description: Add-on for Children of Morrowind ver 2!

Requires: Bloodmoon, Tribunal and Children of Morrowind ver 2 (MW_Children_1_0.esm)

At “The Rat in the Pot” in Ald-ruhn, you will find a young woman and four children. Talk to the woman – she has a very good reason why she and the children are in urgent need of a place to stay.

This mod will make it possible for you to have a little Morrowind “family” of your own to take care of. The npc’s aren’t really full-fledged companions, but more suitable to live in your home and be a part of the atmosphere. I wanted to do this “light-version” of companionable children, so that others, who, just like myself, want children in their MW-homes, can make that little dream come true.

Although the nanny and the children aren’t what I would call “full-fledged companions”, they do have a well-working movement script (based on Grumpy’s companion project ver 1.3). So, it shouldn’t be hard to drag them around over the island. They also have companion share, so you can dress them up in any outfits you want to. They do however not level and they don’t have such options as recall or intervention, spellcasting or fighting instructions.

I hope to find time to upgrade them to Grumpy’s newer companion script later on, but I wanted to have this ver 2 ready for the release of Children of Morrowind 2.

Please note that there is no way for me to prevent that a girl gets the body of a woman if you dress her up in BB- or Domina outfits. This is caused by the clothing meshes and not related to this mod. At the clothier in Caldera, you will find lots of outfits suitable for children that you can dress up these kids in. My hope is that other modders will also be interested in making more clothes for children and teenagers.

You need to have MW_Children_1_0.esm + bsa installed in order to run this mod! This is only an add-on, no textures or meshes are included in this zipfile.

Children of Morrowind - Playable Children ver 2  Popular
Author: Emma

Description: PLAYABLE CHILDREN VER 2.0

Featuring
- new teenage bodies by Robert
- new head models by Robert
- more than 500 face textures by Emma, Robert, Westly
- new hairs by Robert and by Westly
- beast bodies from LizTail's New Beast Bodies mod
- vampire heads - models by Robert, textures by AnOldFriend

Requires: Morrowind only

This mod will make it possible to play Morrowind as a young boy or girl, matching age 12-15 for humans. All original MW-races are represented,. The non-beast children are using the new body models by Robert, and the beast races are using LizTails New Beast Bodies.

Please note that normal BB-clothing won’t fit especially the teenage girls very well. If you dress up a teenage girl char in BB-outfits, she will get the body of a woman. This is caused by the clothing meshes and there is nothing we can do about it.

Luckily, there are outfits available that are more suitable for teenagers. So far, there’s one mod by Robert and one by me listed below. My hope is that also other modders will be interested in creating new outfits for the children.

Please note! You no longer need to have the MW_Children.esm installed in order to run this mod! But, you still need to have it installed on your computer in order to get the meshes and textures needed for this mod to work.

This is only an esp-file, no textures or meshes are included in this zipfile.

Children of Morrowind - Teenager outfits  Popular
Author: Emma

Description: Teenager outfits for Children of Morrowind

This package with teenage outfits are mostly very simple variations of Robert's teenager outfits. Please know that I have never been any great clothing maker; I made this simply in order to add some extra variety to the outfits. The outfits are for sale at Agrippinia's store in Vivec. My hope is that other modders will be interesting in creating new clothes for the children!

Please note: If you are using the Children of Morrowind main mod, you don’t have to use this mod, as all the outfits are already included in the main mod, and for sale at the Caldera Clothier.

Children of Morrowind ver 2  Popular
Author: Emma

Description: CHILDREN OF MORROWIND ver 2

featuring new head- and body models by Robert

beast bodies from LizTail's New Beast Bodies Mod

Requires: Bloodmoon and Tribunal

This mod adds approx. 330 talking, playing, interacting children of various ages and of all races to exterior and interior locations in Morrowind, Mournhold and Solstheim. In ver 2, all the non-beast children have new body models made by Robert. The beast-races have bodyparts from LizTail’s New Beast Bodies-mod. Children of Morrowind also adds babies-in-papooses and pregnant women, as well as new models for playgrounds and swingsets.

So many people in the MW-community – voice actors, modellers, scripters, playtesters and others - have contributed to make this mod possible, and I want to thank you all. Robert and I may be the ones who have spent most modding hours on this version of Children of Morrowind, but without the help and support from friends, family, fellow modders and MW-players, it wouldn’t have been possible to make a mod like this. Please read the readme for complete credits list!

As this is an esm-file, it can be used as a masterfile for addons and various mods that includes children. Please read the “Useage”-part of the readme-file for further information!

If you should want to use this esm to make a mod or an add-on for public release, please contact me in advance!
